A few honest notes.
Procurement is a management service, not a storage one. Once orders are placed, items are delivered to and held at the project site — your home, the listing, or wherever installation will happen. Funds for purchases sit with you until they are needed, and they go directly to vendors when the time comes.
Installation is direction and styling. I place where things belong, refine proportion and balance, and bring each room to its final composition. Movers handle the heavy work of placing furniture — that is their craft, not mine. If a piece is later substituted, or the scope opens up beyond what we agreed to, the additional time is simply billed at the same hourly rate. No surprises, no repackaged fees.
The first step is a walkthrough.
Two to four hours, on site. We read the home together and decide, in writing, what is worth doing and what is not.
